To determine the components of your fitness program will
consist of
a body
composition evaluation, and a fitness and nutrition
assessment consultation. During this assessment we will discuss your goals and agree upon a plan of
action.

ONE HOUR SESSIONS
Designed for the
recreational exerciser with casual fitness goals who may
be overweight & wants to tone or build muscle. Includes
nutritional coaching.
30 MINUTE SESSIONS
Designed for “special
populations” and obese clients. Client will be under
strict supervision for 30 minutes.
Client will work with trainer and be under strict
supervision for 30 minutes. Then under trainer
guidance for an additional 20-30 minutes.
