MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Core Intervention is to advance clients health and fitness through learning, communication and participation.

With roots in biochemistry, human physiology and human movement, we are able to confront the most pressing diseases of our time. Core Intervention gets to the "core" of good health by building clients from the inside out so not only will they look good, they will also feel good.

Emphasis is placed on:

The Core Muscles of the Body - A strong core allows you to age with grace, balance and strength, free from nagging aches and pains.

Nutrition - The most overlooked area of anyone's training regimen.

Lean Body Mass - Strength training "tones" the body to reduce jiggling fat. Increased muscle tissue increases metabolic rate which keeps fat burning all day long.

Cardio - To train equally if not more important muscles of the body-The Heart and Respiratory system
Rest and Recovery-To allow the body adequate time to repair and grow.

Once clients are armed with sound scientific facts, not TV and magazine hype, they are able to make proper choices that will provide everlasting benefits.
