utilize a “state of the art” Tanita Body Composition Analyzer
scale which tracks and prints out of your body fat %,
fat weight, fat free mass weight, basal metabolic rate
(how many calories your body burns at rest), and total
body water weight.
Goal Setting

general fitness, reduce stress, build muscle.
Nutrition & Food Intake
- Improve diet, while learning what and
how much to eat.
